I have been a SysAdmin for a few years now and I primarily package programs in APP-V and PSADK. I also take care of some of the database duties in my area as well as working in the Unix server environment. I write Powershell script to help with automation and to perform special functions in PSADK. Lately I have been working in special project packaging programs for a VMware Horizons VDI environment.
